About SeekOut
Clera ↗
An AI talent agent for startup hiring. Candidates have a two-minute chat (web, WhatsApp, iMessage, or email), get matched to roles at 600+ venture-backed startups, and are introduced directly to founders or hiring managers—no applications. Companies can search 250,000+ vetted candidates, benchmark salaries, and request intros inside ChatGPT or Claude via Clera\'s MCP server. Free for candidates; companies pay 15% of first-year base salary only on hire, with no upfront fees or subscription . $3M pre-seed led by 1984 Ventures; 85,000+ candidates and 600+ startups; $1M+ annualized revenue . Trustpilot ~4.2/5, though some users report AI outreach impersonating humans and using alternate domains (clera.dev, getblona.com) for deliverability . Note: focused on startup hiring, not enterprise ATS; not to be confused with clera.me (Instagram Reels-to-notes tool).
